Travel Information

1) Access to the Piraeus harbour from Athens international airport (Elefterios Venizelos)

  • To take a taxi (the tariff is about 30-35 euros)
  • To take a bus. “Bus Express line E-96” leaves from the airport and reaches the port of Piraeus from where you can take the boat to Aegina. The schedule lasts 75 minutes but in rush hours perhaps lasts more.
  • To take a metro. The schedule lasts 60 minutes

2) Direct access to Aghia Marina from Piraeus port

  • There are daily boat connections from Athens/Piraeus to Aghia Marina.  The duration of the trip is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Contact us for updated timetable.

3) Access Aegina from Piraeus port

  • The island of Aegina is located in the heart of Saronic gulf only 35 minutes by hydrofoil / flying dolphin or 1 hour and 15 minutes by ferry boat. There are daily boat connections from Piraeus to Aegina (about every half hour, starting early in the morning until late at night during the summer season).
  • From Aegina you can either take a taxi  or take bus to Aghia Marina. The duration of the trip is about 20 minutes.
